My name is Somebi and I am a June 2021 Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology graduate and I'm also

an author and a career mentor for Gen Z.

I help students and recent graduates on their job search journey because I have noticed a few concerning trends:

- School does little to prep and support students as they

enter into the workforce

- Students are using outdated methods while job searching

- There are misconceptions such as 'needing to already

have a large network' that lead students to become

frustrated while job hunting

I create free content via my blog (hi!), Instagram and TikTok (sitwithsomebi). I’m also a recent author of a job searching e-book which I wrote specifically for young professionals like myself, detailing step-by-step how to go about their job search (& what I learned from mine) and how to use and optimize LinkedIn.

I am incredibly dedicated to empowering young people and helping them to break into the desired field to land their dream jobs. I would really love to collaborate in any way to share my story and hopefully help as many young people as I can.
